What happens when you delete your account

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. The following data will be permanently removed within 30 days of your request:

Your account profile (email, identity, preferences)
All alarm history and progress data
AI-generated speeches and cached audio
Evening intentions and engagement records
Analytics and usage data associated with your account
Any subscription data (if applicable)

Warning: This action cannot be undone. Your Neuro-Periodization progress, streak data, and personalized content will be permanently lost. If you return to Mornist later, you will start from scratch.

Deletion Request Received

We've received your account deletion request. Your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.

Alternative method: You can also request account deletion by emailing contact@mornist.app from the email address associated with your Mornist account. Include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line.

In-app deletion: Open Mornist → Settings → scroll to bottom → "Delete Account." This will process your deletion immediately.
